After having my car all day, I was told a part needed to be ordered the following day and I would need to return 3 days later. Not sure why the part wasn’t ordered earlier. I was told parts department was closed. Then when I called to follow up to see if part had arrived, same excuse parts dept is closed and I would need to wait until following day. It seems like the service and parts department need to work together better.
