Jake was great!!! From the phone call until I left he was very accommodating, patient and caring. I was really upset that my brand new HRV had an oil leak. He was putting me into a loaner until I went to talk to the Sales manager Mike Y. He went and got Paul to help with the situation. Outcome was a faulty oil filter and I’m praying that’s all it is. Because I came to Honda to NOT have these issues. Not keeping a car that has issues at the start. I was reassured I can call any of them for any other issues. My experience was excellent besides having to go there for the oil leak. Love this Honda dealership. I will always ask for Jake :)
