This is my 4th visit to a Honda dealership over same issue. I was told my car was ready and repaired after 2 1/2 hours. I went out to my car and it was having the identical issue. It’s like no one even verified the problem was resolved. My car is still there.

I brought my car in for change oil only and it was done by 12:50 but I was able to get my car at 1:39 pm had I not went to the front counter to double check if the service is finished . I told Jesus prior to the service that I will wait inside office and he said he will call my name once it’s done . I didn’t authorize him to send a text msg because I left my phone at home but on the paper it says I was agreeing to a text msg which I did not consent . Miscommunication bet the customer is the key to a poor service . We can’t control the busyness of work but you can still improve on how to communicate to your customer aside from sending text messages especially if the work is finished and the car is just sitting in the parking while the customer was also waiting and sitting in the chair inside the office. Thank you and I hope you’ll improve your customer service in that manner .

Issue with the static as well as the dynamic camera, it seems after the calibration performed back in sept. 26 2023 the system is no longer responsive like before. Lane keeping assist, collision mitigation, appeared to be out of tolerances for the past three months the collision mitigation never function as it should .
