I was very pleased on how the gentleman handled me after approaching my car. He had no idea I was in the car fuming of the mishap that Josh did. When Josh came out to help…. He saw there were several cars lined up but instead of asking who got there first…. His first instinct was to go to the car that was facing the opposite direction of where I was parked . In the express service line. I was already in a bad mood before getting there and normally I would have just brushed it off but somehow it got to me. Anyway, Marc did a very wonderful job in diffusing the situation upon seeing me very upset. He said just the right things. I know I was rude to him and yet he was very profession Al the whole time without losing his composure. I really appreciate it. Sorry to vent. As you can see I’m still very bothered by it and I have no idea why.
