I had to take my car back because of a rubbing sound coming from passenger rear brakes. It started after I had it serviced. Car was in for about 2 hours and I was notified it was repaired. I picked it up was told it was fixed and driven to ensure no more noise. I drove just off the dealership and noticed the noise. I drove back and told them the noise was still there. It went back to the bay and was repaired afterwards. My issue is having to take my car back in and waste a half a day on my vacation day for something caused by the dealership.

The staff was all friendly and helpful, but there’s apparently no solution by Honda to remedy the malfunctioning wireless charger. I’m told it’s happening fleet wide, but no one mentioned that during the sale. The fact that Honda touts a feature that is a known malfunction in ALL the vehicles, but doesn’t disclose the flaw is, at best, false advertising, and at worst, fraud. Talking to people online, this has been a known issue since the 21 Ridgelines, with no solution. The bulletin says iPhone model 12 and forward, but my 10 has the same issue. And the wireless charger in the Ford Edge I rented worked just fine with my 13. Maybe Honda needs to talk to Ford about how to make things function properly.
