Excellent appointment for service in my CR-v. Was informed what needed to be done and how long it would take. Was offered an Uber ride but elected to wait in the comfortable waiting area. Excellent free coffee and good Wi-Fi. Service completion time was just about exactly what was promised. Drove away a happy customer!
