I want to start by saying my service advisor Jesus Avalos was excellent!!!
But the maintenance was not. I’m sure you are fully aware of customers already being leery of dealerships and receiving the proper care when taking their vehicle in for service. I took my car in 3/20/24 for a B 1/2 service which has a tire rotation preformed if needed. Well mine wasn’t performed nor was I notified! I was charged for this service and would have left the dealership if I hadn’t looked! Now I’m thinking what other services were not performed that I was charged for or not told about! One of the service advisors did offer to credit my account, but that’s not point. Hopefully somewhere down the line I can regain trust!
