The only negative experience with the service was the HVAC service that used a cleaner to remove bacteria, mold, etc. My wife is very allergic to cleaners, and as it turned out, she began coughing, and felt nauseous. The minute she got in the car. As a result, we had to air the car out for a week, clean all of the interior surfaces of the car to try to remove the smell. Now after more than a week, we still leave all the windows down trying to get that last 20% of the smell out of the car. I would not recommend the service to anyone unless it was absolutely necessary.
