Alex was great. However, the car is still not fixed. A part was ordered and placed in the car but did not correct the problem.

Seamless process. I didn’t expect everything would be done at dealership. Everyone is accommodating and kind. AAA jumpstarted the car the following day and I drove to the dealership to have a new battery installed. Maybe check on battery’s overall health prior to customer driving off the lot. All in all, excellent service, positive environment and liveliest team of individuals.
