I don’t want to hold anything against Daniela but I was told it would take 2 1/2 hours to get my oil change when I had a 930am appointment. It actually took 5 hours which for an oil change is ridiculous.

I (ken Robbins) brought the car in not my wife. Steven was very polite and knowledgeable. He kept me informed about the progress of my car. We have purchased 5 cars from the Coral Springs auto mall over the years and it’s because of people like David Shim and Steven De LaCruz that keeps us coming back. I asked Steven how you used the special lug nut adapters to change a tire on my car instead of telling me he took me out to the car and gave me a visual demonstration. I was impressed and I will only go to him from now on.

Carlos did a good job doing what he was told to do by the sales department. With that said, I paid for a tow kit as part of my purchase. I explained to my salesman (Balthazar) that the tow kit was necessary for pulling my husband’s bass boat. I made it clear from the very beginning of this purchase when I told Ibrahim (my Costco rep) that if I purchased a vehicle it must have a tow kit. I was talked out of leaving to see what uhaul could offer as a post purchase add-on (Farwah and Balthazar said uhaul would install a bulky and ugly option). I paid, per my Costco membership, 50% of the cost. At NO time did anyone ever imply that my tow kit would NOT contain the electronic component. I returned to have the tow kit installed on Wednesday, April 28, and found that there was NO electronic component to my tow kit. I could not stay to resolve the issue because I had a meeting that I needed to attend. I am furious! What can one legally tow without the electronics needed for the proper turn signals and break lights???? Who in their right mind would install a trailer hitch without this critical component??? I would return this car today (within the 5 day period allowed) except I have a preplanned trip which precludes me from doing so. This is a poor representation of Honda (at least I hope it is rather than being a normal occurrence). Every trip to your car lot takes 1 hour. When I have to leave my car for service it takes 2 hours out of my day. Yesterday it cost me 2 hours AND $60 for an Uber to get back home one way, because I live just outside of your shuttle service. I spoke with a sales manager in the late afternoon and he assured me that the tow kit will be corrected. However, he explained that I would have to be patient and wait for a long time so that he could figure out how he can rectify the situation. I asked him why he couldn’t crunch the numbers BEFORE I get there because I don’t have a ton of time? To which he said he would do that - just wanted me to enjoy my vacation. I get the feeling he assuaged me just to get me past the 5 day return timing. As of this writing I am a completely dissatisfied customer. I can not even fully describe how satisfied I was with my latest visit at coral springs Honda services. I went in yo mainly ask for some information on when can I best come in to get my car serviced and right away John Beaubrun was more than helpful and provided me with the help I needed and has a terrific customer service skills in which will carry him a long way with his hunger to help the customers to the best of his abilities. I was really pleased and thankful for with my recent experience and am more than likely to comeback for my next visit without a doubt. Thank you coral springs honda and John Beaubrun.
