Alex was phenomenal. Super super helpful from drop off to pick up. He thoroughly explained everything to me and offered guidance and options for each recommendation for my car. Additionally, when I came to pick up my car, Alex was helping another customer; Jay assisted me for the short time that Alex was not available and he was extremely courteous and helpful as well. I purchased my first civic from Hendrick in pompano but was never fully satisfied with the sales or service team there, so when I purchased my second civic I went to delray and I found them to be better but not super efficient... we have recently moved to pompano and I look forward to continuing to work with Coral Springs Honda in the future.
