Michael Tran came thru with completed repairs as to time & date of completion. Recommended other new repairs as new tires & brakes! Could not match Michelin tires brand but tried! Brakes were already scheduled 4 repairs at Firestone before this visit! Michael represents Weir Canyon Acura high standards & quality! I trust Michael’s advice & comments.

My tires were not rotated because they said that there were no wheel locks, but the wheel locks were in the car.

Excellent work

I waited for two hours & half hours only to find out your internet was down since the day before I came & Mike didn’t tell me this. He let me wait over two hours. An hour to get an estimate & another hour just to tell me that he cannot proceed as internet was down. Also he has to check if the parts are available & he didn’t tell me they were not available after 2 & 1/2 of wait time. Not at all satisfied. He said he would send me the estimated fees that was so steep at closed to $1,000 for that matter & it shows the parts were only $198 & to top it off they are out of stock. So disappointed.

Excellent care of my car and helping me navigate this situation. Very good at communicating with me throughout the process. I was so stressed. Thank you again
