He clearly explained the expectations of using a loaner vehicle and arranged for me to pick up our vehicle on a Saturday because I was working late on the Friday when the work was done. Brian is amazing, he took care of me and made sure I got what I needed. I called him urgently to help me with a flat tire and he took action right away to try to give me instructions on getting my car towed to the dealer. When it couldn’t make it in time before closing, he made sure to have it ready for arrival after hours and the next morning made contact with me first thing and matched Costco tire prices. He made sure a loaner was ready for me so I could make it to my work conference. Thank you Brian!
