I wasn’t happy with the way Brian handled the Road Hazard insurance (via Blue Steel Protection). I am sure he was busy but what he said bothered me. Since our car doesn’t have the average mileages and have two cars, he thought we didn’t need the car as soon. He said our car will be ready at the end of the day or next morning. How long does it take to replace a tire? Once I communicate my concerns with Brian, the car was ready in no time. The service was great. But I don’t appreciate how Brian treats us.

Michael was great but the technician mis diagnosed the problem. Luckily, we got an accurate diagnosis and fixed the actual issue, a bad timing belt tensioner, not a bad power steering pump.

There are a few issues with the service I received, first off the service includes a tire rotation which was not done. Second when my husband got home and inspected the vehicle he found a huge oil leak under the vehicle. He is an ase master tech and a bmw master tech with over 35 years of experience. He will be contacting the service manager on Monday to discuss the poor level of service provided by your service department.
