Although I had to bring my car back to follow up on an error made during the last service which was very disappointing the service today seems to have resolved the issue and the service rep was polite and accommodating. I will reach out if there are any further issues. I was extremely disappointed on the difficulty I had reaching the service department to have the issue rectified. I text with someone named Britney who assured me I would be contacted and no one called. I tried calling several times and no answer.
