The service on my vehicle was excellent. However I did get conflicting information. One text said my car needed an engine filter and a cabin filter and the other text said my car was ready for pick up. Not knowing how to proceed I called twice over an extended period of time before Junior returned my call and said I could delay the replacement of the filters. So I accepted Junior’s recommendation and picked up the vehicle.
