Felt as if my complaint of the car was being dismissed because I was just a customer. The techs did not bother to even look at my car once they found the smallest excuse to not. They found one potential small problem and refused to look at other possibilities. I am by no means trying to drag the staff through the mud. Just felt that more could have been done before turning my vehicle and I away.
