Miguel is best Service Advisor I have had with my Acura car.
His professionalism, genuine care and first class service should be a role model to other new Service Advisors in the car business.
Weir Canyon Acura is lucky to have Miguel as a Five Star Service Advisor.

the service was done in a timely fashion but when the car was delivered back to me, the passenger seat was in a total laid back position. That was not how I delivered the car. Also, I asked about a car was and received no reply.

The shocks on my car are obviously don't work as 25,000 miles car.
He said you guys can only have a test drive not to over 60 mph.
I wondered how the mechanic can find it abnormal handling by driving below 60 mph.

Issue was not resolved after 2 visits
Both visits your team had my car for multiple days
They reached out to the outside master mechanics
They recommended a solve but the next day I had the same issue
I work and need a car my husband and I driving back and forth multiple times is getting frustrating
I now have to return once again and not sure it can be full corrected
Just want my issue corrected
The service guys were patient with me but I’m sure they may not the next time I return
This will be the third strike if not corrected
What can be done?
