You do not offer a courtesy car which I find it wary disappointing. Seeing that you’re a luxury car dealership. When I take my 96 Lexus in they offer a courtesy car when I take my Honda and I get offered a courtesy car based on that I found that very disappointing not to have access to a courtesy car while getting my car serviced

Unprofessional , dishonesty .
He said if the car wash team show up, he would have my car washed. I saw other being wash but not my car. Probably because my B1 service wasn’t worth to have it wash ????????????. Or he became he had to work the weekend .it would be my last service there.
