The service agent told me that due to the weather, they won’t do car washing but vacuum cleaning would be done. However, later I saw another car near mine was being washed. Also, I realized that they didn’t even vacuum. I was very disappointed and did it myself after I came back home.

I forgot to specifically request a forward cross pattern for my tire rotation instead of front to back. Would have been excellent if the tire rotation pattern chosen was the best for my vehicle. Service was otherwise great, fast and included a car wash.
