Brian was very professional. The minute I walked in his office. He went to work letting me know when the parts would be in. Brian let me know my car was ready. When I arrive Brian had the paperwork ready to sign. Great service.

I was disappointed with Acura Service being closed on Saturday. I made an on line appointment and then received follow up texts about my upcoming appointment, only to have to be serviced at the Honda center. I will say Madaelain was fantastic and quite frankly deserves a raise, as I'm sure she is not paid her worth. I hope next time I am in need of servicing my car, I will be doing so on Saturday, at the Aura service center.

I don’t having to go to the Honda dealer for service. Waited too long for help. Once my car was taken in the service was fast. Only other complaint was that the bathrooms were out order and I wasn’t offered a car wash. The service advisor was very helpful

Hi the service provided was 10/10 very easy going and routine visit. My only complaint is it was not communicated that the Acura service side was closed and needed to go to Honda service. I waited at the Acura service for 15 mins before I was told to go Honda.
