We had a 1:30 pm appointment and no one serviced us until 2 pm but only after I made a fuss about it. I was standing around for a long time, asking for someone to help us. We definitely did not get the attention that we normally get at the Acura side. Also, no car wash or vacuuming was given, even though he said he can’t promise anything but after the start we had, I was expecting they would’ve done that at minimum to make up for poor service up front.
