Candice was very kind and helpful, but unfortunately, the issue wasn't resolved because they couldn't determine which cylinder was misfiring. The mechanic confirmed that there is definitely a misfire problem with my car. I've been dealing with this issue for years, and they advised me to bring it back when the problem happens again, which is difficult to coordinate with my work schedule. I've taken excellent care of this car and kept up with maintenance, so it’s disappointing that I had to pay for the inspection when the issue is clearly a mechanical failure. Even a partial credit or offer would have been appreciated.

Juan Gallegos was great it was just the whole situation my check engine light came on I called to book an appt for a weekend because I work like everyone ealse 7am-7pm at Kaiser hospital so my time is limited my appt was booked wrong then I get to Hyundai and I have to leave my car over night it was inconvenience.
