Oil change was great also got the engine air filter replaced !
However I declined the cabin air flter replacement at a cost of $98 +
I can replace this myself for $20 I felt insulted I’m a woman and a senior and call this practice a scam ! Also last time before I was there I had a wheel alignment done ! This time I drove hands free with no pulling to left or right !
I guess free maintenance comes with hidden ways for Hyundai to make money !

Lack of communication made it difficult for my family and I to make plans for the weekend. In addition my elderly mother was unable to take her scooter or her walker in the loaner vehicle being it was to small. We’re a family of five and these items didn’t fit in the trunk. We go to church and my Mom had to rely on her cane which made things difficult. Hi, the service overall was okay. I had mentioned to my adviser that I was going to pick up the vehicle the same day. Unfortunately, when I went to pick it up, almost at the end of the day, it was not at the dealer; they had parked it somewhere outside the dealer and had to wait about 15 minutes for it.
