Arriving at 7am, someone greeted me and apologized for any delay in being there so early. Gary them welcomed me, provided info on what I needed, and followed up throughout the entire process until my departure. This is why I continue driving a bit further from other Hyundai service centers in order to maximize my time with professional staff and work!
