Thank you for the opportunity. As part of my recent visit I placed an order for 2 parts to replace the antenna on my Santa Fe. My service rep told me to pay 271.33 for the part and they would contact me when the part arrives. 15 days ago he called me and said the part wasn’t in yet and he would put an emergency order in. I haven’t heard from him since. I know things are taking longer with the shipping issues but if that’s the case I’ll be patient but communicate with me and tell me what is the status of the item. Don’t leave me hanging for 2 weeks and leave me to wonder if you forgot about me.
Can somebody please call me and update me on the status of the antenna I paid for on my Santa Fe.

Great service and highly recommend Cheyne in the service department!! I went in for an oil change and he helped me with choosing a new set of tires. He was on time with the schedule of maintenance items I needed. I was considering changing a new set of tires for my car because my front right tire kept getting flat. I was long overdue for tires and I went home happy because the tires and balance is a lot better than before I can definitely feel a big difference!

Repair is fine.
I've leased more than three times so far.
The light inside the car is not working after three months starting the lease, and I visited the service center twice because of that part, but it was not repaired. If it's a wreath, don't you need to fix it with "Bumper to Bumper"?
First of all, I paid the service center for repairs, but I have a lot of complaints.
I would like to formally protest against Hyundai USA.
I think it's wrong to treat loyal customers like this.
Next, I will not purchase Hyundai Motor Company.
