My car was there 4 days. Some days I didn’t get a status so didn’t know if I was getting my car that day.
I got a loaner which was fabulous. But it was a hybrid and nobody walked me through how to operate the car.
When my car was ready I received a text message stating to text back when I plan to pick up car. I did. When I went to pick up car, I waited 20 min for my car because it was at a lot on other side of freeway.

Everyone was very helpful and ready to make sure the car I just bought was ok since the check engine light came on. They couldn't figure out why but they did try. The only thing is they didn't fill up my gas like they promised since I had to come back twice to get the car I had just bought checked out.
