Gary was very friendly and had my car returned in less than the time promised and made sure my problem was resolved before I took it home.

Gary was beyond helpful! The best customer service that I have ever had at a car dealership. He deserves recognition for his service.

I went in for an extremely slow leak from a small screw that I got in my driver side rear tire, expecting to be taken care of. I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty despite the car being brand new; no big deal as I was told to repair the tire it would just be $25. I decided to wait with my entire family to include my 2 dogs (I was on a rod trip from AZ for a funeral, which I also told them about) over an hour while they ‘worked’ on the car. Eventually someone comes out and tells me they have ‘bad news’ they supposedly can’t repair the tire (despite the screw being almost as close to the middle as humanly possible) and told me I’d have to buy a new tire for $250 and wait another 3 hours for it to come in and be installed. I asked if any other legitimate company would say they also can’t repair it. I was told if I take it to a ‘mom and pop shop’ they’d do it but tell me I’d have replace it later anyways. Needless to say I took it to American Tire AKA Discount Tire and they didn’t even second guess the fact that it was repairable. They took me in and repaired it very fast despite being busy. To top it off they did it for FREE and didn’t try up selling me for something I didn’t actually need (my car has 7K miles on it). So thanks Discount tire for doing the right thing and taking care of me, when this bum of a Hyundai dealership didn’t.

Paul was very courteous and friendly. He answered all my questions, expedited my service, and even made sure my car was washed. I will definitely come back to Norm Reeves Hyundai. Thanks!
