Paul was great,but something not his fault did bother me. I received a text that said I could pay online and skip the counter. I paid online, but found that feature not present. I don't see it as a hard fix not to send an automated text if it's a service you don't provide.

It took forever to fix my car. I came to you for the same problem twice, and you guys never provide me a rental car for replacement. I was not able to work or go anywhere for over 10days. I finally got my car back today, but the employee who fixed my car made a huge scratch on the rear of my car! The employee told me to come back whenever I have time for the scratch, but I am really afraid that I wont be able to work for another days and weeks!
