First Off, I want to say Christian was professional,courteous and very accommodating to the best of his ability. I was extremely upset to learn that all 4 of my rotors were warped. How dangerous is it to sell a car where the rotors are already bad when they drive off the lot placing my life in danger. I was scared to drive to the dealer and more afraid to drive home after I told me what was wrong with the car. Why would you sell me a car with the rotors attached to the brakes could make me lose my life. I think it is bad business to Jeopardize the buyers like that.
