Despite getting this, our car is still with you and not done, with no time frame for completion. We have called multiple times (leaving voicemail) for status but have not heard back. This is going on 2 weeks and we are concerned that our car is not even in your queue, which is why may be why it is showing as ‘done’ in your system. My husband’s back is hurting now because he is commuting in an very old car, so it is escalating to a health, as well as car, issue. This is completely unacceptable service.
