When I made my appointment, the service person put me on hold before making the appointment to make sure the wiper arm replacement was in stock and came back that they had the part in stock and continued to make the appointment for Friday 2/17, when I picked up the car; I was told that they did not have the part in stock and would call me to take Palisade back in again to perform the Hyundai recall.
Not happy.
