My car key was left in another customer's vehicle. I had to wait until after 4 to get my key back because the customer had left and someone had to go get it. If I had not had an extra key I would have had to wait until Monday to get my car serviced. As it was, I had to have someone drive me back and forth (luckily I had someone who could) to bring the extra key and then I had to come back after 4 to pick up my other key. I am a teacher and I have grades and report cards due this weekend. I wasted valuable time driving back and forth and then finally waiting for over an hour for my car because I did not trust your staff with my only remaining key. Not only that, but my appointment was at 9:15 am.and I had to call to check on my vehicle at 12:40. I did not receive any communication regarding my missing key until AFTER I called. So I lost about 3 hours of time I needed to get MY work finished which now means I have to stay up all night tonight to finish. I am still not understanding how my key was left in someone else's car. If you have protocols in place for customer's keys,(which I was told there are) then someone there is incompetent because I was told that this had never happened before. This is not the first bad experience that I have had at this particular location, but it is by far, the worst.

Gary is the best. The air conditioner on the Kona went out. I called Gary. He said to bring the car in. We did and Gary handle everything. It was GREAT!! Thank you Gary. ..you’re awesome !!
