Arturo always goes above & beyond for loyal customers. Absolute best customer service representative (as well as Paola Arredondo) I’ve ever had the pleasure or meeting. After numerous consistent bad experiences at my local Toyota dealership, I decided to drive further out & give the I-10 Service department a shot. I couldn’t be more appreciative of what I found here. Mr. Steve Hill deserves a lot of credit for hiring people like Art & Paola who have stuck with me through thick & thin & while they’ve always maintained a professional relationship with me, their mere persistent support has been like a GODSENT. Its been my experience that most dealerships can be somewhat cold hearted & ALL BUSINESS.
