Although Arturo was what I would assume to be proficient at his job, I think he could use some training on relationships with his customers. It was obvious Arturo was capable at getting the job done, however he lacked trying to attain a relationship with his clients. His rapport with clients was lacking at least with me.

Great customer service and maintenance but when it came time to alignment service my Toyota sennia would not fit on to the alignment machine for aligning my car with the four new tires. I had to take it to Big O tires for the alignment done. A new alignment machine at your shop that can not tune up low vehicle’s is kind of a waste for your company. Otherwise I love your service at I-10 Toyota.
