Service manager seemed to try hard. I agreed to purchase Michelin tires, after taking my tires off discovered that the tires were not there. I accepted a different brand to be accommodating and to save time.
She apparently received the wrong info. But she seemed to do all she could, I’m ok but spend 4 hours at dealership, about twice what it should have been
