I did not receive any communication that my car was not going to be done by Saturday before closing time. I did receive a call first thing in the morning Monday from him though which I appreciated. I found today that my driver side headlight is out and I would have preferred that to get replaced there if they had noticed it. Now I have to look up in the manual how to replace it myself. I also would have authorized and appreciated a tire rotation if I had been told that my rear tires were wearing unevenly.

Zach Johnson was exceptional and is rated a 10. When I called on 2/15/22 to make an appointment on 2/24/22 at 10:00AM the lady that answered the service department phone was asked if the trailer towing package included an electric brake controller since I needed it to meet the Subaru requirement to tow a 2000 lb trailer. She stated that yes it includes everything. This has been resolved by the service manager, Travis. Both Travis and Zach were exceptional 10's.
