Zach was great on the phone. However, there were a few issues with the service preformed. First, when the service was requested, we said it was for my Equinox. When they came to pick up the vehicle, they were asking to pick up my Mustang. When I was called to pay, I questioned the price being 89.00 and was informed that a tire rotate done that was done. Tire rotate was not requested but I paid that anyway. Once we looked at the papers from the oil change and noticed that synthetic oil was used when we asked for conventional oil. There weren’t any of these issues when I had my Mustang in for service.
