You're setting up your employees if Extraordinary is the baseline especially with so many components of my experience being out of his control. Trevor was courteus, explainded issues with my filters and tires, and attentive. He represented the business quite well and is obviously an asset to your team.

I am sorry I cannot remember my technician’s name , but he was wonderful! It was Sunday and I had afternoon plans, plans that took a turn when my oil light came on. He set me up immediately with a loaner car, booked me in for an oil change on Monday and I carried on with my Sunday plans.
It is not just that he was helpful; he was kind and caring about what I needed. Please find his name, because he was excellent and deserves to be thanked!

Jen was great but my tire sensor came on about 15 miles from Souix Falls. None of the other ones came on so I’m just checked my my tires frequently and ignoring the tire sensor for now! Jen and the drivers were great!
