Excellent service today from start to finish! It took a little longer than they expected but I didn’t even mind because it was my day off and I understand these things are sometimes fast, and sometimes take a little longer depending on the day. At the end, without me even having to say anything they acknowledged the longer than usual wait and apologized and gave me a discount. Very professional all the way through. The only thing I didn't like is your management did away with there veteran discount. Shows a lack of respect for our veterans who served this country. Many establishments respect our vets, example Home Depot, Lowes, Applebees, and many more. Poor decision on Ford management part. Lack of respect to our countries veterans. My father served in Army, won the Silver Star, lost a finger, bullet holes down his side, my oldest son is disabled vet, younger son is in Officer in Coast Guard, I served in the Air Force 40 years at Vandenberg. On behalf of all vets we will be sure to buy another Ford. LOL

I got to have the Foreman drive with me around the block so he could hear the noise coming from around my wheels. At least this time they did that, and so they were able to fix the problem. (Not like the last time I brought in my car for the same problem. They didn't drive it (or have me drive it for them). So, I'm grateful that Jim Coupas and Patrick were there to get the problem fixed.

Personnel and work done is a 10. My only complaint, if I had to give one would be the return of the vehicle with smudge marks from the me mechanic working on the vehicle. Also when my truck had the transmission change out at 29,000 miles. They returned it with hard water spots after " hosing" it down. I don't need it returned with a full on detail job but I would like it returned in the same condition ( or better) when it's returned. Sorry it's a little long, but you asked. Thanks again for the personnel and work done, it is appreciated.
