Julian was great! Was very pleased with his sincere response and communication in regards to the recall parts not being available at the time of my appointment. Julian built a great rapport when we initially met. Called and texted with reporting issue with unavailability of part. Made great ideas on how to correct action by saying he would call others stores in surrounding area to see if part could be purchased to get us back on the road for our vacation trip this following week with peace of mind that the car would be done before we left.

Requested synthetic oil change, received synthetic blend. Back and forth between Victor and "service manager" before issue was resolved. Don't understand why Victor could not make the call to authorize correct service. Issue took 3 hours to resolve. So frustrating!
