I have concerns about the process, however.
Despite an open ticket with FMC customer service and what seemed to be a clear description of the issue as written up, there was confusion…not once but twice about what the issue was. That confusion was never clarified…I even advices Lisa that the tech could call me if they had any questions. Rather…the issue was dismissed and the paperwork states “unable to verify the customers concern. The vehicle is currently operating as per the manufacturers intended design.”
Also…I asked if parts were in for the wiper recall…I was told yes. In fact they weren’t, so I had to return once the parts came in.

A nine hour job took 4 weeks to complete, called and left a message with the lead service representative and never got a call back. I went in that same day and he knew exactly who I was and why I was there and never said a word to me after passing me multiple times. I received the car back with a 4 inch bolt in the driver side foot well. I was told that the car arrived with it there. When I got the car up I found that one of the sub frame bolts was missing (the mystery bolt). I was also told the subframe wasnt dropped and that I wouldnt need an alignment. Not only did a job that ended up being charged as 13 hours take a month, I was given the car back with the job not complete. Lied to about the work done, and was given back a car that was potentially unsafe to drive had I not done my own work.
