Our company's Spent $22000 on a brand new motor. The management at Santa Maria Ford assured me that the truck was in perfect working order. They ran many, many tests on it according to what they said. After a week of driving, it burned. Almost a gallon of oil . I sent it back in and they charge me another $700 for some unrelated reason. They assured me nothing was wrong with the truck after a week of diagnostics I got the truck back and within another week the truck was Still burning an extreme amount oil.Isent it in for the third time. For I'm sure at least another 1000 bucks. And all of this is not nearly as bad as waiting nearly an entire year for Santa Maria Ford to install a new motor. I am not speaking on behalf of the company I work for. If it wasn't for the the company's loyalty to and American made Ford. I'm sure our next Fleet of trucks Might be something different.

I Brought My Truck in on Friday Afternoon With The Wrench Light On. Lisa Got Right on Addressing The Problem and Offered to Get Me a Vehicle to Drive on Monday. She Got my Truck into the Shop Monday Morning and Had it Ready to Pickup By the End of Day. I Can’t Say Enough For her Commitment to Customer Service. I would Recommend Her to Anyone.

You had my vehicle for nearly 2 weeks. I brought it in because I have had a problem with the transmission and acceleration since purchasing the car. Also, Ford Motor Corp had sent me a letter explaining that even though my car was out of warranty, the replacement of the Transmission Comtrol Module would be covered because of noted issues. During the two weeks you had my car, you told me that you couldn’t replicate the problem; then you said you replicated it; then you said the mechanic couldn’t replicate it; then you said he did; then you said it didn’t register on the computer; then you said it registered on the computer and that the TCM would be ordered and replaced; then you said that you couldn’t find anything wrong. And most of this communication was me calling you or my son stopping by because you didn’t call me to let me know what was going on, most of the time. I was extremely patient and believed that it was going to be fixed. But after this experience, I would not trust the Santa Maria Ford dealership with maintenance or the purchase of any new vehicles. I will be purchasing two new cars for my personal use in the next 6 months, and none will be purchased from the SM Ford dealer. You have lost a customer for life and I’ll pass that on to my kids and my huge extended family. Very disappointed in how this all unfolded.
