Moyer Ford, Service Dept Employees are all working for excellence in their jobs. I have never been disappointed, from the mechanics to service tech to Mr Pat overseeing all aspects.
Moyer Ford has always serviced what they sold, and why I keep going back. I enjoy the respect they show for us both, the new vehicles and older vehicles we have bought from them.

Autumn was great but having a system in place where you can’t make an appointment and have to just get in line and leave your vehicle for days with no loaner vehicle or priority given to Moyer customers seems to be a process that would be easy to improve

Well supposedly they serviced my vehicle however they did not catch that I had bad windshield wipers they did not catch that I had a bulb burned out in my front turning light and they did not catch that I needed rotors but he checked all of that off so I wonder if he really even JAMES the oil
