Your mechanic failed to reconnect the wire leading from the chassis fuel filter. As a result, I had a water in fuel light less than 2 miles from pulling out of your facility. In response to an immediate call to your facility, I was initially informed that I would have to bring the truck back and leave it for two or three days while you diagnosed the problem. We eventually left it at you would diagnose it when I return in a day or two to pick up a part we had ordered. Later that afternoon, I discovered the wire hanging there and plugged it in myself. Frankly, the level of incompetence that it takes to simply leave a wire hanging in plain sight and not reconnected boggles my mind. If there’s anything more you’d like to know, about my experience, please call me. I’ll be happy to discuss it.
