Everyone was great but the lady who rang me up was a bit dismissive. Autumn was not that person.

Autumn was very concerned that she was doing a good job. She couldn’t find anything wrong and so called me to pick up the car. The car started up right away but I couldn’t put the gear knob in drive. Autumn got all the diagnostic paraphernalia out and got right to work. The next day she assumed that it was a sensor that would get overheated. She replaced it. So far the car is running. Thank you Autumn for being so diligent.
