Wanted to turn vehicle in for full 60k service. I received a 10% off message that listed many items to be done like greasing and lubing all joints. Change filters and others. Did not happen. I also specifically requested them to check my brakes, that I had just changed the rotor on left and new calipers and pads on both sides. Right before I turned it in for service the brakes started making a noise but stopped right as I pulled into the lot. When I picked my vehicle up I asked what all was done. I was told oil change and checked brakes? NOT! My truck wasn’t making the noise when I picked it up, so I assumed they were fixed. Not at all. When I left my job with a full trailer, the noise starts back! I pull into a gas station and crawl under my truck. Lo and behold, the slide pin was missing from my caliper. So I don’t know if the message wasn’t passed along or the tech just doesn’t care about his job and said he did something (coasting me money) that he didn’t do. THANK GOD I DIDNT HURT ANYONE! And was able to fix it myself since service was already closed and not open on weekends. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx
