You charged me $30.00 to put my spare tire on when you had already taken my wheels off to do the brake service on all 4 wheels (new rotors, brake pads and the whole thing) which was over an $800 plus charge. I had a coupon for the oil change (which I had given to Mrs. McKenzie.) and the works for $39.95 and that was not charged right (I was charged $49.95.) . I felt like I was charged for new rotors “because the old rotors had a little rust on them!” Next time I will go to a regular mechanic shop instead of a place where people are trying to jack up the bill and maybe the salesman gets a percentage of the parts sold!!! The rotors should have been turned instead of replaced with new ones.
