Very disappointed!! I went in with a problem with the electrical system difficulty starting, fault codes, no response when turning the key. I was sold a new battery and was told to come back if the problem was not solved. The truck stalled in my driveway twice, stalled while driving and won’t start at all at times and displays check engine light, hill start not available, 911 and other seemingly unrelated messages. I called the service department the next day and was told the best they could do was bring it back some time in January. They said they’re very busy and although they understand how much I need my truck they’re just too busy to help-sorry. I asked for ANY help or advice or recommendations and was told basically good luck. I’m currently trying to get some help to get my truck at least operational. Consider me surprised and profoundly disappointed in this dealership service department.
