Autum is the most professional trained Service Assistant, I have every met, I have been to several Ford Service Centers in my 68 years, my Dad always sent me to Ford Service with his truck for repairs. I could listen an tell you by ear what was wrong and if his truck was fixed, at age 14 I was driving a tractor.
Please Moyer Ford owner, please express to your team just how well Autum is appreciated in my house hold of Fords.
I do not give out complements often, when I do they are well deserved.
Autum is so professional she can answer question within few mins, she has upmost respect for her mechanics, like a Mother hen, she will protect her flock.
