I was told that because I had the gas tank fixed on a recall issue that the gas fumes smell in my car would go away in a few days! I picked it up on Thursday and today it still smelled like gas fumes go I’m going to give it another day if it still smells I would like for that to be rectified by your service department.

I was not very impressed with my service with Jason Green I don't even know where to start so I had a timing belt service and a valve adjustment set for the dec 20th I showed up on time at 7am and had informed Jason that I wasn't going to need the timing belt done cause after looking at the carfax I had seen it was already done at honda in VA and had told him I hope its not a problem he gave me a dirty look and was like so you don't need anything done , I told him I still wanted the valve adjustment and was told my car would be done by 12 and got driven home the driver was a black male and he was very nice , I received a call 5 hours later and was told they didn't have the parts ordered and they would have to keep my car for a day and sent the driver agian to come get me when I came In I told Jason that I was upset that they wernt going to have my car done and that's why I had to call ahead of the 20th to make sure thay would have the parts , Jason goes well you screwed us on the parts for the timing belt and we have to send them back so you can't be mad and I agreed with him cause I did feel bad and he also said that's also why we are giving you the loaner car , I had to sign a paper to say the car wouldn't be messed up when I bring it back and had seen there can be no dogs in the car and I have a service dog and asked if it would be OK if he could be in the car he asked the manager and came back and literally said ya that's fine as long as my dog don't **** all over the car wich blew my mind he didn't have to say it like that in short I felt like Jason was judging me on the fact I had an older car he was very rude and did not speak in a professional manner it's to much to type and I will be going elsewhere to get the timing belt done when the time comes ,, I also received a message my car was ready and to wait 20 min so it could be cleaned and vacuumed and it wasn't,,, it's not a big deal but Jason said it was just a stupid ai message ,, if you wanna call me I can go into detail about what happened and how I feel but too much to type I really wish you would call ****-****-xxxx
